Bringing Nehiyaw to Life

  • Managing & monitoring the implementation of the knowledge.
  • Designing & delivering programs to meet commitments to training, education, and community development with creative processes that integrate nehiyaw knowledge into the Western knowledge systems.


  • Helping communities to organize the indigenous language curriculum, and local language words and map foundational key pillars and values about what the elders and parents want.
  • We teach about the language meanings and understandings from the First Nations perspective.
  • We provide a safe learning space, where people can connect with the land and their language.


  •  We bring nehiyawewin to life through teachings, ceremonies, personal mentorship, or business communities.

  • Help communities reconnect sacred isowin (energy) so they may live in balanced mind, body and spirit

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to management, HR teams, and employees.
  • Define and shape workplace culture through a cultural lens.
  • Ensure compliance with HR standards; review and clarify HR rules.
  • Offer customized workshops upon request.



Mīkowap Camp (The First Energy)

Participants enrolled in the First Ceremony Program will be mentored and guided to understand Miyo Pimatisowin, which is made daily and not given. Participants will gain confidence in their ability to handle life’s challenges and adapt to the unknown by receiving the grandfather's teachings and grandmother's teachings through questions, discussions, and exercises and be able to identify their strengths and weaknesses. 

Along with the Grandfather and Grandmother's core nēhiyaw self-principles, the following are suggested foundational ceremonies that nehiyaw is iskwewak and napewak can do to restore wellness into their everyday being.

Personal walk participants will have wisdom teachings from knowledge holders for 5 days as they relate to the person’s ceremony each day through lectures, group circles, and Land-based teachings.

Intrinsic connection to all life: Participants will have wisdom teachings about nistotamowin, which is looking at all triads concepts from knowledge holders for 5 days as they relate to the person’s unification ceremony each day.
